"This Trattoria exceeded every expectation. From the outside it looks like every other restaurant but the real value of “Da Rita” lies in its use of quality ingredients and its exceptional cooking skills that only enhance its fantastic flavors. There is no fixed menu or wine menu, everything is cooked freshly and decided on a daily what will be on the menu. They also a great rotation of their vines so that you will always get something different but always something great. The prices are more than fair. If you go, you’re in for a treat."

"We found the restaurant by chance and though they made us wait for 40 mins to order. While we waited it was clear that the two waiters while being kind were absolutely overwhelmed which is a very rare combination. We were glad we waited and didn't leave as we did think of it at some point. The food was absolutely delicious. The fried and stuffed olives and the cacio fritto cheese are to die for, highly recommended!!! As a second dish we took the roast beef and it was really really good too!!! We would recommend the owners of the restaurant to hire additional staff, the rest is wonderful!!!"

"Per questo locale non posso esprimere niente altro che lodi: cibo buonissimo e porzioni abbondanti. Abbiamo ordinato delle tagliatelle al sugo antico e dei maccheroni con crema di peperoni e fonduta (pasta al dente e condimenti cremosi e deliziosi), come antipasto ci è stato consigliato un misto fritto che conteneva olive all'ascolana, polentine con crema pasticcera, patate e zucchine (il tutto accompagnato da una delicatissima maionese fatta in casa). La cortesia e la precisione del cameriere, che ci ha spiegato nei minimi dettagli la macinatura e la cottura della carne, usata per il ripieno delle olive, il calice di vino rosso e il caffè offerto con due biscotti al vino bianco ha reso l'esperienza estremamente gradevole e indimenticabile! Consiglio vivamente a chiunque si trovi a San Benedetto del Tronto di pranzare qui, in questo piccolo e nascosto gioiello marchigiano"

The servers are sooo friendly and can speak English very well if needed. Only authentic downhome Italian cooking with a small, local, seasonal, menu that you can be certain is great no matter what you order. Next time we come here, a must."
